This project forsees the implementation of a professional logistic complex, «in-city» format for placement of professional logistic operators and manufacture companies.
The complex consists of 3 objects with a total area of 26 602 sq.m., which were put into operation in three stages, starting in 2012.
The complex consists of 4 construction stages with a total area of 23 407 sq.m.
The project provides the implementation of office and storage facilities, which meet the requirements of logistics complexes of class "A".
The object has a convenient location with the access to the main highways of Kyiv and is located in the center of the business infrastructure of the city.
